Online Purchases
ALL SALES FINAL - Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for online purchases at this time.
We ask that you take careful consideration in your selection before purchasing anything. We take great care in packing and tracking packages for all online sales and maintain consistent communication with our customers for the duration of the transaction.
Please feel free to ask us any questions about at particular instrument before purchasing.
In-Store Returns (New and Used)
*Due to COVID-19, all microphone purchases are final at this time.
Please contact your manufacturer if your microphone is defective.
New Item Purchases
All new item returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in resale-able condition for a full refund. A less than full refund maybe given if an item is returned without original packaging or in-less-than resale-able condition. A restocking fee may apply for select items.
Used Item Purchases
All used item returns must be made within 3 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition from the time of purchase for a full or partial refund.
Cardholder Returns (Credit/Debit)
Please present the same card used at time of purchase so that we may process a return credit to same account. Please allow time for your card issuer to display the status of your return credit.
Cash Sales Returns
Refunds for cash purchases are issued a business check or store credit. Store credit is recorded into our system and does not expire. We do not give cash back for returned items.
Please be nice and honest. We’re a small shop and do our very best to satisfy our customers needs, but excessive and abusive actions may result in suspension of customer privileges. So please come with Aloha. We’re more than happy to accept returns if an item you purchased didn’t work out or is defective. Mahalo for your Kokua!
